South West Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electric

Isaiah Hanson was fantastic! He was courteous, professional and friendly. I have 5 cats, 3 of which are only 2 yrs old. I asked Isaiah if he was ok with them being in the house, he said sure & he likes cats. Well while Isaiah was doing his work, he had at least 1-2 feline supervisors watching him constantly. I’m sure my 2 cats would have given him assistance if they had thumbs. 🤣 Isaiah explained my electrical problem & gave me several options ranging in price on how to fix it. I went with the best option within my budget & he got to work right away replacing 6 outlets & a breaker. I appreciate his professionalism and he made quick work out of the repairs. Thank you Isaiah for doing such a great job & thank you Southwest plumbing for sending Isaiah. Sincerely, A happy homeowner & her cats. PS…. Nigel says he’s sorry he couldn’t be more help.

All the employees at South West Plumbing were professional, respectful, and thorough in their work. The price was a shock, that being said, it was a huge job and they were here for almost two weeks working long hours, up to 11 hours, and doing back breaking work. Our sewer was about 100 years old and finally collapsed...which created a ripple of problems. We're back up and running now and good for at least another 25 years!! Phew! Thank you to the team that took on our huge job. The ground crew was so sweet and really made sure we were happy with how the yard was put back together. I really appreciated that. We recently had Southwest Plumbing install a new heater and AC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was installed correctly and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent, and they left the area clean after the installation. Our new system works perfectly, and I’ve already noticed a big improvement in comfort and air quality. Their customer service was top-notch, and we met with our home advisor Michael Thomsen, and he walked us through all the options the pricing was fair for the quality provided. In addition to the HVAC installation, they also installed a new smart thermostat. The team took the time to teach us how to use it, helped us download and set up the app on our phones, and made sure we understood and felt completely comfortable with the new device and app. This level of care and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Since the installation, the system has been operating flawlessly, delivering improved comfort and energy efficiency. Southwest Plumbing offers reliable service, fair pricing, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking HVAC installation or plumbing services.
