SoGood Plumbing - Heating & Air

From the phone call to my doorstep they were top tier and timely professionals. Luke was a true star. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made the effort to communicate things thoroughly to me and even my husband over the phone whom was away at the time. Rest assured you will be respected and taken care of here.

Silas was absolutely phenomenal! He gave us a ton of bad news in the best possible way after thoroughly diagnosing not just 1 problem, but a couple issues. They also have an excellent member program which we immediately signed up for. Best HVAC service we've ever received!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Team was professional, nice and did a great job. They agreed to price match us and the technician even removed the old water heater stuck in the attic! We didn’t even have to ask! 11/10 would recommend! :)

Luke came in and was amazing. I needed someone to take a look at my running toilet, he then pointed out to me that my water heater (which is gas) had been emitting carbon monoxide in the closed room. Same day order and installed it in the freezing cold with slippery ice all over. He told me that with how amazong he is, his boss Sam is just as, if not more, amazing. Just know if you got either of them, thats the real deal. The poor guy was in my driveway basically chiseling out a path from the truck to the door through the ice to install the new water heater. Luke if your boss sees this, you got to ask that man for a raise because I'd say your work proved it!

I couldn’t be happier with the HVAC service my wife and I received. From the moment we called, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommended Silas Brazil, he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in clear detail, and had our system running smoothly in no time. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and respect for our home. He left everything spotless after finishing the job. Silas went above and beyond to make sure we understood how to maintain our system for the long run. Reliable, trustworthy, and efficient!!!!! This is exactly the kind of service you hope for. Highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work!
