Bought full box of Nimko packets. Most of packets were not sealed properly. All were taste off due to broken seal. They should check their quality before they pack and distribute out. Bad quality product.

⸻ The way they spoke to visitors was full of arrogance and rudeness. They provided no guidance, nor did they respond with any respect. It felt like they were prison guards, not security personnel. Being rude to everyone has become their routine. Management should immediately take notice of this issue and either train or replace these individuals. Otherwise, they will damage both the company’s name and image.
