Shattered Cell Phone Repair

This is the worst place to get your phone repaired 🤦‍♀️ especially if you use your phone for work. I should’ve known by the bad attitude from the get but he sure didn’t mind me Zelling him $200 and said he needed to order the parts, 2 days later I called him because he wasn’t updating us on anything. Also He fails to open his shop on time because he said he’s a coach 🤦‍♀️ which is unprofessional for him to not note that on his site. he doesn’t answer calls texts nothing. Finally tho after 5 days of him having the phone he answered and said he was picking up my parts in signal hill when he first told me that he was waiting for parts and that he has other customers to take care of too like c’mon he had the phone for 5 days. I told him I wanted the phone back and luckily I got my $200 deposit back and went somewhere else and got it fixed in 1 day. He is not a good business owner. Terrible attitude!! I would never recommend this place.. I’m definitely reporting this company to the BBB.

4 months ago a review was left using my google account, would like to say, I Valentina Martinez have never been here. Sometimes I leave my account on the work PC and coworkers sometimes use my account without logging me out at work. Just wanted to be clear cause I’ve never came here. Took $100 to swap in a bad iphone battery and then refused to return my calls or issue a refund to make it right. Had a great experience the first time I came here for a back glass replacement on my 13 Pro Max. A few months later I had another issue with a dead pixel on my front screen (unrelated to the first repair) so I brought it in to have the LCD replaced. I was called and told my battery was also corroded and needed to be replaced before they could fit the new screen on the device. The repair was done and my phone was given back to me with a new screen and new battery that had a 5% battery charge. Screen works just fine. However, it was immediately apparent to me the new battery had issues. It started heating up super hot to the touch and doesn't hold a charge. Didn't have this issue with the old battery. The phone tells me the new battery has a max capacity of 77% and can't be verified/set up. I called multiple times over the next few days and then weeks to get this resolved. They wouldn't pick up my calls, and when they did I was told they would call back multiple times without getting a call back. I was even told once they ordered a new battery for me... crickets.
