I recently moved my business to a new location, and our network infrastructure was a mess. After being referred by another business in the area, I decided to give them a chance, and man what an amazing company! Brad Holly has been such a pleasure to work with. Very Nice, professional, and above all, responsive! I mean like, instant! We have purchased, Phones, Phone Service, a full enterprise network WiFi solution, printers, and whole nine yards. Saratoga Technologies has been a great asset to JD Metals. They monitor the status of our ink cartridges and ship new ones before the old ones run out. This eliminates the need to stock extra cartridges and the hassle of matching different cartridges to different printers. Their salesman Brad Holly is great to work with and always takes care of any issues that may come up. He always answers his phone, even on vacation. Their service techs are also a pleasure to work with. Randy has been a big help. He has fixed issues on site, as well as, answered many questions on the phone. They are polite, friendly, and always do what it takes to resolve the situation or get the job done.

Saratoga Technologies has been assisting us with all of our IT needs for many years and have always provided us with A+ service. Lee Dinkel , our Account Representative is very helpful in responding to our concerns/needs for new service as well. We would recommend Saratoga to anyone who is in need of any technology needs.
