It was a painful to visit the Shahid Steel Shop. Lot of hardware purchased from the shop is falling apart and shop owner i.e Shahid Steel is just not willing to provide any assistance in overcoming my agony rather suggesting to contact the main company i.e SECM ( Locks & Bolts) most probably for any remedy i.e in Lahore. The aged person; the owner was too aggressive in his response. We are so cruel in our approach while dealing the Customers. We expect IK will put right every thing for us. My foot. We are a herd of cheat, fradulent and dishonest peoples and suffering at our turn.

I was cordially greeted by supervising person and dealt with professionally. I got the right kind of material/ tooling of UK standards and of decent quality with which I am fully satisfied. Thank you
