I purchase Electric bike from NPTC Very Coprative Staff Highly Recommend For Twin Cities.

I had the worst experience with them the staff is good but the owners attitude is the worse. If they know you’re stuck with them they will quote the most unrealistic price and worse customer service. Well that is my experience with them.

Very Fraudulent company I have purchased JMS 650 Scooty from them after a while the battery stopped working although it was within a 6 month warranty they refused to replace and asked if you had come a month earlier we would have replaced it means the battery warranty is for 3 months only and not for 6 months. further when i asked them to buy back the un-used scooty they offered a very un-realistic price of 70k although I have purchased it for 175k please be-ware of these frauds.

Shady place, the owner and staff is rude. I have purchased a few things in the past and they have been always rude in selling but recently I went to buy new Tyres for my bike and asked for Timsun Tyres they qouted me 35k plus for tyres for a 90-90-18 and 100-90-18 dual pattern. I was shocked I went to Pakistan tyre house the price was way less. These guys are not reliable and will do fraud when given a chance. Be careful
