Really disappointed in the service I received. For starters, they are a nightmare to try and get a hold of. I had a very nice “technician” come out and test my home for mold. (Hence the 2 stars). The test was around $600. At the time had a 6month old in the home and we were staying sick. They said they found mold but it wasn’t super dangerous kind. I asked them to get me a quote together and they quoted me $20,000 to fix it. My home insurance wouldn’t cover it, and my agent warned me that Servpro was crooked. I called them back and the main person told me all I could do was get dehumidifiers and air purifiers if I couldn’t afford the 20k. After talking to some neighbors who also had a bad experience with Servpro, I got a second opinion from a different company. They found black mold and told me my infant did not need to stay in the home. They told me the air purifiers and dehumidifiers were not enough to help. I was quoted a very reasonable price to fix everything (yes they are licensed) . I am extremely disappointed in this company that knew my family,my INFANT was having trouble and did essentially nothing to help us, and also missed BLACK MOLD???

The people were great at working with me and my insurance to fix the flooding damage at my home. Everybody was professional and friendly, providing quality services. The job they all did was like the flooding never happened.

Called insurance company on a water damage issue Servpro was at my house in 3hrs setting up mitigation. Paul Trevor and the rest of the crew have been been great,know what there doing and not afraid of hard work. I wanted to recognize them because you just do see good work and workers these days. I also want everyone to know Katie has provided awesome customer service being prompt and always following up on every step scheduling follow up visits and communicating with the insurance company. 5 stars to all!!!

Had flood damage and insurance referred me to Servepro. They had good communication and made sure things got done right. I really appreciate the thought Texas the manager put into to my house and valued how he addressed any problems when I had them. They were professional and polite and I would recommend them if you have damage to your home.

I had a plumbing leak that was discovered a few weeks ago. I decided to call Servpro to make sure there wasn’t any damage and I’m so glad I did. There was extensive underlying damage in the floors, baseboards, drywall and in the insulation under the house. They came out to give me an estimate the same day I called, then they started drying out my house two days later. They’ve been here every day for 12 days monitoring and assessing. They always call first and have gone out of their way to accommodate my family’s schedule. And I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone has been. Every single one of them. Now the reconstruction begins.
