Dealing with insurance adjusters can be a headache, but they stepped in and made the process so much easier. They did a high-quality job and handled the cleanup perfectly. We’ve had a bit of a rough go over the last month with a leaking water heater and some related damaged. Our plumber recommended ready now restoration and they came out within 24 hrs from first being contacted. One of the managers, Josh L., was great to work with. He gave a good overview of the needed work and provided updates through the mitigation process. I’d certainly recommend this crew for any damage/mitigation needs.

I had a water damage issue and the plumber called out Ready Now Restoration. The initial response was excellent—Josh and Josh came out quickly, were professional, friendly, and got things assessed right away. I really appreciated their kindness and promptness during a stressful time. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. They said they’d send my information to the insurance company and we’d proceed from there. After waiting a full month with no word from insurance, I had to keep following up for updates. The plumber also never provided me with the insurance details I needed. When I finally contacted the insurance company myself, they told me they never received my contact information from Ready Now—someone definitely dropped the ball on communication. Insurance did accept the quote, but no one from Ready Now ever called to discuss it with me or send me a copy. I had to request it directly from insurance, which they found odd. I didn’t hear anything else from the company for two full months, until they suddenly reached out saying I owed them money and asking if I wanted to proceed with the rebuild. It felt like the project was completely stalled on their end with zero updates in between. The initial team was great, but the lack of follow-through and poor communication made the whole process frustrating and drawn out. The whole thing was pretty expensive and was left a mess.
