SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown

I want to give a big Shot out to Josh and Craig. Those men came in with the most professional manner I have ever encountered. They explained everything to me that was going to take place as far as my clean up of the water damage that my home sustained. They handled that job so well and they packed my things up and moved them to a spare bedroom. They started right away drying all my floors, walls and even under my home. They disposed all the ruined stuff. They took pictures and handled giving them to State Farm. I am extremely grateful for them and would recommend Servpro for any clean up.

I had a water leak @6 am Sunday, Servpro sent Joshua Chavez to service our water leak issue by 11 am same day, Joshua is Uber polite, detail oriented, fully attentive to the problem, Joshua's part could not have been a better experience for me and my wife. I still have insurance adjuster to deal with and the finished work by Servpro is not yet complete, but so far,wow, a really bad day not as bad thanks to Joshua, GREAT hire Servpro! Stay tuned I will report on the balance of work by Servpro when the work is completed. Great start ! 1/6/2026. Servpro finished the water removal part did a good job, however I waited to hear from them about the next faze, the construction repair, I was assured that someone would contact me and get a estimator to my home, I would hear from that division of ServPro,not more than a week, but three weeks later not a peep! No follow up, no phone call telling me they didn't have time nothing just left me hanging!! Very unprofessional. I contacted a local contractor on a Monday work started the same week on Saturday, completed in one day. Servpro ok for water removal but if the next part isn't going get into a certain price range I don't believe they will even bother to reach out,even if, as In my circumstances you are promised they will,because they value you as a client. Big Big let down after a promising start. Buyer beware. Should there be any new information about my experience with Servpro I will edit the post.
