Just the next day, my bracelet broke at the weld and fell off while I was out shopping. It did not even last 24 hours. I was very disappointed and reached out to the company via social media DM. They responded and requested I send a picture and some more information via email. I sent that information right away, but I have yet to hear back from them and 10 days have passed. I've tried reaching out again via email and social media to no avail. Now I'm stuck with an $80 broken bracelet that will cost me another $20 to have fixed back in my hometown. I am very disappointed with their lack of follow through and customer service. So much for "permanent" bracelets.
