We are canceling our account immediately. Already unhappy with your service anyway, but being harrassed by one of your employees on a busy Saturday morning is the straw that broke the camel's back. Basically, in the most recent incident, an employee called a little while after I opened, to tell me about some test that failed. Being swamped with customers, I quickly told them that I would call back later. They proceeded to call me on my cell multiple times, even yelling at me in the end because they were angry that....I wouldn't acknowledge an issue that can wait?? Why would they do this? We're already unhappy with SI, so we are done.
Always wonderful and friendly service! Mark came out recently to service an issue we had with the shatter alarms. His help, as well as Megan's and others there, is always much appreciated! They work diligently to keep our home safe.
This company only has Mon-Fri monitoring 8-5!! My relative proved this this weekend! Alarm went on at 6pm Saturday night and she was never contacted until the police were at her door as noticed by her ring!!
