Scoville Hot Chicken runs its Sandy Springs kitchen inside Mutation Brewing and Distilling Company on Roswell Road, so you can order hot chicken and eat it with a craft beer or seltzer from the brewery. Everything is built around crispy fried chicken served at the spice level you pick.

The food is AMAZING! We have tried the dirty fries, chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, brussel sprouts, the cruffle…..EVERYTHING is great and we will honestly drive an hour just to come get food here. It’s just that good! If Google let you give 10/10 stars we would. ◡̈

Outstanding! They share space with Mutation Brewing, so can easily grab a brew to enjoy with your sammich. Really good chicken — so much better than any fast food place I won’t name. Flavorful, juicy, crispy, yum. The “chill” version is moderately hot. Great fries, too, and a great value for what you get.

The fried chicken sandwich is fantastic. The breading, the size of the filet, and the spice was perfect. I also really enjoyed my tater tots. Incredible food inside Mutation Brewery.

This is the new kitchen at Mutation and boy did they upgrade bring them here! The food amazing! So many favorites from dirty fries, sandwiches, tenders and sides! The Brussels are restaurant quality!

I just had the pleasure of checking out Scoville Hot Chicken on their opening day in Mutation Brewing Company, and WOW – they absolutely crushed it! From the moment I walked in, the energy was fantastic, and you could tell the team was excited to finally share their delicious chicken with the world.The menu is full of mouth-watering options, and I went for their signature hot chicken. It did not disappoint! The chicken was crispy, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right level of heat. If you're a fan of spice, this place is a MUST. I also tried their sides – the mac and cheese was creamy, and the fries were crispy and flavorful.The Scoville and Mutation Brewing staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right, even on Scoville's first day. I was impressed by how smooth everything ran, especially with all the excitement surrounding their grand opening!Overall, Scoville Hot Chicken is off to a phenomenal start, and I can't wait to return. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. Congrats on the successful launch – you’ve earned a loyal customer!
