Chase, our tech guy was very knowledgeable and cordial. Real nice young man that knows his stuff! Explained things to me about the computer that was easy to understand as I am not very tech savvy. Easy to talk to. Highly recommend Chase!

Chase at the Lincoln location assisted me today as the Omaha location was not available after several attempts to reach them. I called regarding our extended warranty length and to ask about the maintenance special. When he looked at our account, he was concerned about Sophos - even though we paid for it, was not registering in their system. He remoted into our computer and yes, we do have Sophos, but did not auto-renew. He was able to renew that and also help us purchase a maintenance certificate good for 6 months. He checked some other things related to ad pop ups and feeds from Google and extensions we did not need. What a pleasant experience with Chase! He is top notch in customer service and very observant with things like mentioned with pop ups, feeds, things we don't need. When a not so good day occurred, Chase was like the light at the end of the day and the mood is fabulous! Great assistance, great customer service and he really knows what he's doing! Thanks Chase! We were so pleased that Chase was able to help us and get our printer hooked up to our computer. He also was able to tell us that we were potentially being scammed when we were trying to install the printer on our own. He deleted several messages from this scammer and gave us peace of mind. thank you so much.

I build my own computers about every five years and a few times I have run into problems that could I not solve. So I turn to Schrock, and those problems get solved. My last visit there was a few days ago, and as usual, the people there were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, this time it was Alex and Chase. Even when I thought had an additional problem after bringing the computer home, a quick phone call to Chase was all that was needed. So as always I'm very happy!!

Chase set up my Holiday Special Desktop, and more. Chase was Very knowledgeable, determined to have systems set up appropriately, efficiently, the way he would have it if it was his computer.
