I have had to contact Schmolk on 2 seperate occasions for plumbing assistance, both of which I have had exceptionally great experiences. The first was during the big Christmas pipe freeze of 2021 where I believe it was Mike who talked me through saving my pipes from bursting and without having to pay for after hour services or even a consultation although he spent part of his Christmas helping me over the phone. My water heater also was pouring from the electrical panel on the side of the water heater and his assistance before I was able to get it replaced (the next day!) eased my worries of a further issues with the pipes bursting or electrical fires or other possible damages. I was charged only for a hour of service, and my home was left clean after the install. The second time was when I had a part which needed to be be replaced, however the part I had was a patent-pending part that never went to manufacturing. The front counter staff was so diligent at searching for this non-existent part and were professional and courteous. They ended up sending me to their second location (parts perhaps?) where another exceptional employee had just happened to have the exact part (used) I needed sitting around and they gave it to me free of charge! I am not familiar with plumbing and am a female, but I was never treated poorly or taken advantage of due to my inexperience, gender or young age. I 100% recommend this company! They have gained a loyal customer with positive employee experiences. This staff is amazing!

We had Schmolck install our heat pump last spring. They did a fantastic job with a slightly custom installation for the line set. Both the stand and the shed roof they provide for the outdoor compressor are excellent, a lot better than I have seen with other installers. The heat pump has run great all summer, fall and through the winter, including a lengthy deep cold snap in December, keeping our home warm. The staff are very responsive and helpful and very knowledgeable about the work they do. I definitely recommend them.

Nothing, but wonderful things to say about this company. The kindest people you'll ever meet. Especially, John. I'd give more stars if allowed.

Schmolck has been nothing but good to me. Repaired my water heater, sold and installed my new washer, worked on clearing my outside gutter drains and has just about any part you might need for plumbing. When my water heater broke I asked them to replace it. Instead they diagnosed the problem and found that it was just a bad element which cost me much less.
