Our iMac wasn't recognizing our mouse. Petr solved our issue quickly, and to say his charge was reasonable is an understatement. Petr is now our go-to person for Mac issues.

Visiting in town, my computer stopped working. Not knowing anyone here, I tried another Apple expert and then this one. This one was by far more helpful, friendly, reassuring, informative, and reasonably priced than the other one with more reviews. Petr was direct and honest without being rude. He was able to save my data, which was everything to me. Highly recommend and would use again when in town.

Really poor and rude communication, quoted me an absolutely insane price for the problem I was dealing with, and made me feel stupid for even inquiring. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Look elsewhere for your MAC needs if you don’t want a grump making you feel bad.

I was unable to use a Mac Air Book which was a "back up" one because I had erased the content and return it to factory settings- took to Santa FE MAC repair without an appt one am- it is in a residential setting- and easy to find and Petr Jerabek , the owner, downloaded the new OS quickly , which solved the problem and did NOT charge me. He is professional, efficient and more than fair. Take your Mac problems to him!!

Excellent, fast service in my home. He came in, started tapping and quickly took care of the problem. Caused by some glitch, as usual indescribable, but he had it up within minutes. He's a little bit sharp around the edges, but I'll take that if it means my computer is working. My go to guy from hereon.
