Brought my computer that was not properly booting in on a Monday morning. Matthew said that he could look at it in a day or two. Called me back later that day and said that all was evaluated/fixed. Only charged their minimum since it turned out to be straight forward fix. Very happy with the friendly service and quick turnaround!

Received a hard drive failure warning on my laptop. They diagnosed and replaced the hard drive copying existing information information to new. Professional, fast, reasonable repairs. Very happy with this company.

My wife and I have been using the computer services of SAMSA for about 10 years. We have been and continue to be very satisfied with their methods of support using telephone contact rather than bringing our equipment into the office for repair as they have usually have been able to make repair adjustments thru telephone access to our equipment. The personnell contact, both in the office in Saginaw and the facility in Midland, have always been courteous and prompt in responding to our calls for service.
