The Mutton Karahi and Maash Daal were outstanding—some of the best I’ve had in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad area. Unfortunately, the customer service was a major disappointment. When we arrived, a large window-side table meant for 6-8 people was given to just one couple, and all other window seats were marked as reserved, even though no one showed up for the next two hours. The waiters lacked coordination—there seemed to be no system, with every waiter attending to every table. Within five minutes, five different waiters asked us if we wanted more roti. They really need better organisation and structure in their service. But I will return for the food. ——— Returned the next day and I was the only customer so service was excellent. Chicken Kebab Karahi was extremely delicious. They also surprised me with a complimentary KitKat cake which was absolutely exquisite.

Just had a fantastic dinner at Saffron in Bahria Phase 7! Everything we ordered was spot-on. The Mutton Handi was the absolute highlight—tender mutton in a rich, perfectly spiced gravy; definitely a must-try. We also loved the appetizers: the Prawn Tempura was incredibly light and crispy, and the Nachos were generous and flavorful, a great start to the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Saffron for anyone looking for a quality dining experience in Rawalpindi
