Always easy to make an appointment, and I think every time I’ve brought my car in- the work had been completed that day. They seem straight shooters. Recommend!
I drove in around 7 hours round trip from McCarthy to get 2 tires mounted. I made an appointment which was not logged properly but luckily I called to double check. They said they could get me in the same day and time as my appointment anyway. I got there and waited 40 minutes to find out they didn’t like one of the tires I had; it did have a spot of uneven wear and is normally used as my spare. They didn’t have another available in the same size and I was not interested in buying a new set so I left unhappy wasting the better part of a day driving. I will go back to my normal guy in anchorage who has switched the same tire in question out for me without any more wear more than once in the last few years.
