Roys electrical is the greatest! My 3 phase motor for my lathe went up! 50 years old plus! They repaired it in one day! My lathe never run this quite. Great price! Great service! Great folks!

Took a hot tub pump and motor to Roy's. When I got in there they took my deposit for repair or replace. Gentleman came out looked at the pump and motor real quick The Gifted Man back is $80 there's no fixing this thing told me how to go online and get a new one where to go. Which would be cheaper then having him do it. This is the kind of service you get when you deal with small business. If you have motor that needs repair to replace go see Roy's Electric

Very rude and not friendly at all. We called about our generator cause they was recommended by someone. Lady told us to come in at 11 am we arrived the guy was very rude said he called us to tell us not to come but never did. Then said so.ething like good luck getting anyone to work on our onboard generator and some rude remark which I wont repeat. I would never recommend this place to anyone if this is how he runs business.

Would give then 10 stars if I could!!! They were a tremendous help and fixed a motor for a pump that had brought my project to a standstill. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Long live a great small business.

My RV generator had stopped working correctly to the point of just starting and shutting right back off, I took it to Roy's Electric in Cheswold, explained what it was doing and they said they would look into it. Now I know they're busy, and there's a reason for that... I was really not in too much of a hurry for the generator as it is wintertime .They called me and told me the problem they found and had replaced everything needed and also in testing, noticed the carburetor not working correctly. He said he would try adjusting it and let me know.. I visited the shop a few weeks later, and it was finished . I was told it worked well. I brought it home and installed it back in the RV.and Wow. As soon as I hit the start button, it fired right up and ran perfectly, and this was at 28 degrees outside. I have tested it many times since it's at temps around 17 degrees, and it fires right up and runs perfectly. It has never done this since I've had it . So when I say they're busy, there's definitely a good reason for it. You do good work, and the word gets around. Many thanks to all for a job well done at Roy's Electric. ED A.
