Good Area For Living...But Bad Area For Purchasing Property...And New Town Committee Is Not Up To The Mark... Gas Nahi Hai Iss Area Mai.. Property ki Registration Bhi Nahi Hai...

I would like to pass on a message to all the staff at Roshaan Housing Society. Every member of staff is excellent and I am so happy to be part of the Society. Every time I've had an issue and spoken to a member of staff, they have been kind and friendly and I've been very grateful.

Executive housing society. Safe place. Friand nice neighbourhood. Street roads need repairing. Main enrry road also needs lots of improvements. Ground water is the main issue. Otherwise excellent.

Good community, walled housing society, safe, clean and maintained, water and gas issues are the major drawbacks

Very safe, good security and clean place to walk. But gas, water and electricity and internet issues occur often.
