Jake is absolutely amazing! He got my washer fixed in a matter of a couple of days when the original company left us hanging for almost 5 weeks! He is beyond professional, courteous and got my issue taken care of promptly and was more than reasonable in price. I highly recommend using him and will use him for any future appliance issues.
I called Jake on a Monday, he was able to come Wednesday morning - took a look at my dryer, spent about 20 minutes going to get a couple parts picked up, installed them & voila!! We are back in the laundry business!! He was very prompt & professional. He goes over your repair costs up front too, and is able to take card payment. Great experience!
Jake did a great job of communicating, was clear about pricing and timeframe, and he was polite and quick. He answered all the questions I had and was very friendly. Most importantly, my washer is fixed! I would not hesitate to use his services again.
