Rightway Septic Tank Pumping

Mark completed the job as expected. However, during his visit we had a medical emergency at the house. My sister fell and required medical assistance from paramedics and ambulance. In talking to Mark, he showed genuine concern and compassion for her which I did not expect from a complete stranger. His attitude was much more than just completing the job and getting out of there. I was impressed. Five Stars for Mark.

Just had our septic pumped today. Chris showed up on time and immediately started working. He really did the best he could to ensure the hardened oil and grease from the line gets removed as much as he can. We had a different company pumped the septic about 3 years ago and it was not as thorough as Chris. Their price is very reasonable too. He recommended getting the service every 2 years since its's only been 3 years since the last service and the tank is already almost full.

We got our septic tank pumped for the first time since moving in and Rightway performed the service. Amanda was very helpful and patient answering questions to better inform me about process and pricing before scheduling. Chris, the tech that came out was friendly, communicative, and provided some helpful tips and recommendations about how to keep our system operating efficiently. Overall, I was very happy with Rightway and will likely call them first next time we need septic tank work.

Chris was great—super knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very efficient. He made the whole septic pumping process easy and stress-free. I would absolutely use them again next time we need our tank pumped. Highly recommend!
