Riddle Technology was "ready, willing, and able" to help us out in a pinch when no one else was able to assist our customer in Kingsport, TN. Days later, when the 2nd call was made to help in an emergency, Will was swift to accommodate. Once the 2nd job was completed, this is the response from our customer, "We’re working on getting an electrician out to troubleshoot the issue but wanted to give kudos to the tech helping us out.
