Ricart Ford Service

Donita was very helpful when I explained my issues and able to provide the troubleshooting information to the technicians to correctly diagnose my vehicle. She is an outstanding service advisor and I would be happy to work with Ricart Ford again because of her effort. I had two major repairs and the inspection video was informative and aligned with the troubleshooting I had already done. There were some issues with the computer not being properly reset but they made the issue right when I bought it to their attention. I am satisfied with the work that was done to my 2015 Lincoln Navigator They do charge a premium for their work but they seem to care about making things right so I will definitely return and recommend to others for their vehicle needs.

Between myself and my immediate household, I have purchased 5 used vehicles from Ricart since 2014. I've also been trusting my vehicles to the Ford Service department. I started doing business here because one of my relatives was formerly employed here and I was satisfied with every experience.... until now. My most recent purchase was an '18 EcoSport in '21. I didn't have any issues with the vehicle until I took care of the recall on the 1.0L. Shortly afterwards, I started to get a warning light "charging system service now". I did a diagnostic scan, showed the alternator, battery, voltage and starter were all okay. Puzzled, I took it in. The technician diagnosed the battery bad (low CCAs) and replaced it (after having to pay for a rental for a few days) at a cost of over $400, not including rental. Ridiculous! I no more than left the lot and the warning light was back on. Same issue. I returned to Ford Service. Come to find out, it was a loose wire connection to the alternator. Yesterday, I arrived at work and seen steam in my headlights. Exited to find coolant leaking. I was unable to locate the leak due to the coolant dripping from multiple locations. After leaving work, I added water and nursed it to Ford Service. I checked in around 1:15-30. Sat until about 4:00 until the service representative reached out and said that the technician found the line that was leaking but there is none in stock and the earliest that it would be in would be the 13th. (9 days) The quote is a ridiculous and unbelievable $720. For a simple line. Again, I am in a rental, accumulating more cost while my vehicle sits on the lot. I understand that services provided by the dealership is more expensive than most other mechanic shops but the recent expenses have been overwhelmingly high and I believe that both of them are incidently or somewhat related to the recent recall work that was performed and I am flipping the outrageous cost. I would love to continue to do business here but it's starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth and a bruise on my wallet.

Record ford service is amazing. Ciera is amazing lady didnt get to see her but texted and talked to her on the phone and explained everything i had question. I love the option of them coming to pickup the car from my house and dropping it off.When it's done. And while the servants seem it, if anything else is needing to be serviced, they send you a video of everything they're looking at. What's they're fixing? What needs to be changed? And they give you the option to accept or decline more service And it tells you the price of what each service is. And before they bought me the car they washed it and had my baby looking brand new. I absolutely love the whole process they are amazing. Definitely will keep using them!
