Very overpriced. I was charged $442 to replace a spigot—a job that took only about 10 minutes. They also charge $85 service call fee, which wasn’t waived even though I went ahead with the repair. Disappointing pricing policy.

They were able to come out the same day I called and had the new unit installed in just two hours. The cost was reasonable, and the team was incredibly friendly and informative.
