Miller's Sewer & Drain

I had 4 inches of water in my basement which I drained. They were over 1 hour late twice. 3 times they said they would show up but they didn't. Only once did they call in advance, and they offered a $50 discount as a result. They were unable to snake or put camera in the floor drain which I snaked 3x. and they assumed there was a hidden cleanout. When I removed the drain to install a sump pump I found they were wrong. Zack pumped air in the drain and charged $500. The basement flooded a few weeks later. I called and Zack said he needed to find the other end of the pipe, never got back to me. I had another company waterjet the drain for $150.

FAST, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL,100% RECOMMEND …. frozen pipes ….called and they were here in 1.5 hours ( others big names had me waiting 4 days ) not only did they show up in a decent amount of time !!!! Miller Sewer and Drain is run by two absolute salt-of-the-earth brothers who still believe in doing things the right way. We had a serious sewer backup at a 150-year-old multifamily building in Center Square — tenants in place, real risk of a collapsed line, and zero room for error. The younger Miller brother, Robert, showed up and literally dove head-first into a four-foot hole filled with human waste to get the job done. No exaggeration. Robert came out three separate times between other jobs, kept me updated at all hours of the day, and never once treated this like “just another call.” At one point, both Miller brothers were on site pulling out all the stops to clear the line. Despite getting drenched in wastewater as tenants flushed toilets above him, Robert kept a smile on his face and stayed locked in on solving what was not an easy commercial sewer backup. That kind of attitude is rare. What stood out most is that Robert genuinely cared. He treated our building like it was his own and understood the stakes for both ownership and tenants. If you want people who show up, work hard, communicate constantly, and don’t quit when the job gets ugly — literally — call Miller Sewer and Drain. Ask for Robert if you can.
