Julie provided excellent service. She was extremely personable and patient. I never felt any sales pressure and could tell she legitimately wanted to make sure we could find the perfect options. My experience with Julie and at Reis-Nichols was significantly better than at other stores. I highly reccomend them.

Well… I went to Reis Nichols to have my watch batteries replaced as the advertisement said “watch batteries replaced Free and we ask for a small donation for charity “ so the charge was actually $125 . and they didn’t ask me to donate they charged me $25 per watch and said they donate the money to charity. Great but here’s the difference, if you ask me to donate that is at my discretion as well as how much! This is a bit deceptive as even the associate admitted. I

Always quickly greeted and offered something to drink. I brought my watch to be serviced along with some jewelry to be cleaned/repaired. Brian Kenny got me taken care of and we talked watches for a bit. I mentioned a couple options I was interested in but knew I was not likely to be able to get. Brian confirmed none of my choices were easy to get but said that difficult didn’t mean impossible. I was pleasantly surprised to get a message from Brian shortly after getting my watch back looking like new after getting serviced saying he had an item I was interested in available if I wanted it. I was excited to get the call and love my new watch. Reis Nichols has a great selection of watch brands and watches available. Thanks for the great service Brian!
