Had a very bad experience here.... At counter no.2 woman who was to take our fingerprints was busy with her mobile phone continusely and was taking a loong time with each person coz she had her mobile to deal with ...Which was more important for her than the people waiting for her outside .... ...More ever a woman at counter no. 4 she had aan objection with my dressing.. ..Who the hell she is to comment on my dressing or anyone's. Corruption is a sin is written at the gate but persons in the parking area are probably unaware of its meaning. And this one star was for uncles at counter 1,3 and 5....they were really nice and were doing there job with full potential

I went there 2 time to get it but they said no come again after some time... It's so weird. They gave me date and I went on that date still no response

The timings as displayed 7 to 4 are absolutely false. Even though I have suggested google,Id recommend you guys to report regarding these official timings.They only offer services, and that too in an extremely annoying and uncomfortable manner, from 9-12 from Mon to Friday.

An absolute disappointment of a place by all means to be called an office meant to serve people. A. Timings 1.9:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m from Mon-Thursday 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m on Friday Saturday, Sunday is Off. B. The Staff 1. Two young boys(would be unfair to call them men because they are not) at the information desk deal arrogantly with the people as if the people come from an inferior origin. 2. The entire passport system is pro-discrimination perpetuating race and caste based differences to ridicule especially people of Pathan origin or those who have the surname Khan as well. They roll out a list of absurdities to be provided including: The CNIC, PASSPORTS, EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATES of your FATHER, UNCLE,THEIR SIBLINGS ,GRANDFATHER from the year 1972 and onwards. Including the FARD of the house in which you were born, an affidavit from your neighbours of you being a civilian of this country. Then you'll have to submit another 5,000 rupees of Fees for the special branch (Spy agency)which will investigate the matter of your provided documents. And even you don't know when will you receive the verification proof so that you can continue with your passport application for fresh/ renewal process. C. The Desk Staff Upon providing these documents,the man who'll take your pictures and fingerprints will continue to berate you for being a Pathan and tell you that why you don't belong here. He'll try his level best to annoy you and receive a provoking response from you so that he can deny handling you your documents and further ridicule you. I have written this in detail so that you guys know what to do if you are planning for your Hajj, Scholarship, Work or any other form of Visa so that you can prepare well before time and yes also find the right channels to resolve this issue with the will of Pakistani people.
