A couple of months ago I called Rapid Service to have some electrical and plumbing work done in my home. When I first called, the receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and receptive to what I needed to have done. She called me back the same day to give me an appointment for the following day for two technicians to come to the house to assess what I needed and give me a quote. — I believe it was only a couple days later they came back to do the job. They too were friendly, efficient and worked clean much of the day till the job was finished to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the results. This is a first rate company to do business with.

I am very happy with the plumbing service I received from Andy and Ryan at Rapid Service. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. From the initial phone call to the completed job, they were always courteous and helpful. Andy arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. Andy and Ryan have completed several jobs at our house over the years (plumbing and electrical) and their work is consistently of high quality. They are very efficient with no time wasted and hard working. Their friendly manner is respectful and always polite. They take the time to listen to your concerns and are patient in explaining possible solutions in terms that the regular person can understand. Andy and Ryan always leave the job site clean. For example, they brought mats to protect our flooring from the winter salt and vacuumed the work area upon completion. They faithfully return service request phone calls on the same day to set up timely appointments. They come out the same day for emergency situations. As a customer of Rapid Service for over 25 years, we called them this past winter to evaluate a problem with the leakage of water from our oil heat boiler and later with issues related to its turning on and off normally. Fortunately, Rapid Service responded quickly to our request (despite it occurring during the holiday season), and we were fortunate to receive a prompt diagnosis from Andy Ryan, a skilled professional with many years of experience. I was amazed to learn that he was not only a certified plumber, but also a fully-certified electrician. He explained our problems and his recommendations for addressing them very clearly. He fixed both issues with several visits, including replacement of the electrical wiring for the boiler. The charges completely agreed with his original estimates. I have been a customer of Rapid Service for years and this company has been servicing the home I own for over 2 decades. The techs are highly skilled and educated, personable and provide quality work - you get what you pay for. These techs have always gone above and beyond for me, showing up in emergency situations when I have no water or heat to my home. During this last snow storm, the tech was at my home for 6 hours to restore water and never once contemplated giving up on the task. I highly recommend this company, they have never let me down.
