They broke the cap on my well, and and dropped it into the well then the low life said he'd just walk away and leave me with the mess! What started out to be under $1,000, has turned into over $2,000, and I still have NO water!! I do believe this guy did this damage deliberately! Now after a week, and really low pressure, the switch burnt out! Yep! They lowered the pressure enough to burn the points out. Correct, I have no water again. They did say they would fix her. So now I have to get a ladder and a new switch and change them out, all because they couldn't scam me out of over 20k!! Really mad about this.

I had them come up for a check up on my well system and test my water. Told me everything looked fine but I needed my pressure switch replaced. Two different guys came out to do the replacement and seemed to be struggling. Upon leaving my husband noticed clicking coming from the basement and asked them if it should be clicking. They said no and went back down into the basement and when they came back up told me I now needed a whole new tank which is over $800!!! Had they left the house with the clicking I would have also had to have the pump replaced. My neighbor came over and used a screw driver and in less than 10 minutes adjusted the pressure switch correctly. The clicking stopped, the hot water heater kicked on and my well water tank started filling up. No issues now. Did NOT need a new tank! The owner wanted to stick up for his employees before coming out to check it his self. Either the employees donโ€™t know what they are doing or they were trying to get more money out of me. There was no integrity.

Completely ghosted my family after having a pond water system for 12 years with them. Water turned green and they gave up trying to fix our system without letting us know. Wonโ€™t return phone calls or service our system that they installed. Would be 0 stars if possible.

This company is the best, hand down. Not only did they dig our new well a few years ago, but they repaired our pressure switch when it went out. It was quick fix and they were so professional and kind. If you need well services they are the best
