Rainbow Restoration of Tacoma and Puyallup

We had water damage in 2 rooms. Michael our Project Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our home be repaired in adequate time and ready for a remodel. I will always recommend Rainbow to all homeowners when needing restoration.

Hands down 5 stars across the board! They were extremely thorough throughout all aspects of the job. Explained everything there were doing and gave a precise timeline. Michael listened to our concerns and made us feel at ease with the process, he showed up hours after our insurance called and got the process started. End result, it was a quick efficient process and our house is dry! Not only do I recommend their services, if I need similar services again, I will request them! We can't say enough good things about Michael. He takes pride in his job and customer satisfaction! Hire these guys!

Dealing with water damage is definitely not fun — it’s stressful, messy, and honestly just a headache. Michael and his team at Rainbow Restoration made it so much easier to get through. They set everything up perfectly, taped down cords, and made sure I could still live comfortably in my home while the drying and repairs were happening. Michael checked in often and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I felt totally looked after through the whole process — can’t recommend them enough!

The Rainbow Restoration team was there and ready to get started when we needed them most. They worked along side our insurance company to make sure we had the best results possible for our family to move forward. Their team is easy to work with and very efficient.

I needed to have a restoration team come to my house and check out my subfloor. Michael from Rainbow restoration showed up. Michael was very professional,friendly and helpful. After checking under my house. Showed some pictures and informed me he would have a team set up the requiremented equipment to properly dry out my house. Emmanuel and Anthony showed up to set up the equipment. They were both professional, friendly and helpful. Days later Emmanuel and Alex showed up check all the area insuring my house was dry. Both the subfloor and the flooring trusts underneath. Once again they took pictures to show me the trusts underneath. I am very happy using Rainbow restoration. I hope I do not ever need to use a restoration team again but if I do it would definitely use Rainbow Restoration.
