Thank you, Kenny! I had a mishap with my laptop and dropped it on a tile floor. UGHHHH! I took it into the store early Monday without calling and spoke with Kenny. He asked to keep the computer and have it disassembled awaiting the arrival of the new screen/parts. I needed the computer back by Wednesday morning at 9am for a presentation. I came in last minute from a referral of another pc company. My computer got hacked in the middle of working from home on a Friday before they were about to close. They were so friendly and caring.
