The manager there was very nice and helpful. He figured out what was wrong with my gaming pc. I originally took it to Best Buy and they said it was nothing wrong and my pc shut off on me completely. I came the Queen City tech solutions and the manager gave a good diagnosis and fixed what was wrong. Queen City tech is the best
