QE Roofing

Our experience with QE Roofing was excellent. They were very quick and responsive for our initial estimate, timely with their scheduling of the actual project, pricing was very reasonable, and they were very efficient during, as well as after the roof replacement! They were overall very easy and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Austin Cowell and his QE Roofing Team. I strongly recommend Austin for all roofing issues. All know, of the many roof companies knocking on your door that are less than par, trying to get you to replace your roof through insurance. Most are aggressive young adults talking off a sales pitch list. (Even when they see 2 "No Soliciting signs"). I called Austin because I wanted honesty, experience, integrity, and quality of work done on time. In the initial talks, I sensed Austin was a good person. He identified what type shingles I had, which had a recall for manufacture defects. Austin put in the preliminary time and worked diligently to help me through the warranty claim process. He recommended a quality shingle and discounted the difference at a fair price. His communication was professional, informative, and he personally followed up several times after the install. I doubt you will find a better roofing company than QE Roofing.

I am delighted to strongly recommend Austin Cowell and his QERoofing company. His guidance and advice throughout the whole job were important to me. I appreciated his experience in working with insurance companies and shingle manufacturers. He far exceeded my expectations in dealing with my insurance company—I DID NOT HAVE TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE NEGOTIATIONS AT ALL! Austin Cowell kept me informed all through his negotiations until the insurance company finally agreed to cover the full cost. The QERoofing crew was on time, proficient, and courteous. My house and lawn were fully protected with large tarps and everything was clean at the end of the 6 hour job! I was surprised at the speed of the job. It could not have been done better! QERoofing Company is an excellent company! I am very happy with my new roof!

QE Roofing was a breath of fresh air. When hail damage occurred to our home QE was right there to help. They weren’t canvassing the neighborhood like other businesses were to capitalize on the event but gave an honest evaluation that educated us and allowed us to know why we should consider replacement. Austin and his team were great to work with and the replacement crew was top notch - taking them only 1 day to tip and replace the roof so that we could get back to normal life. You’ll also have a great experience.
