I own a gym in Houston, have been paying 800$ per month for the past 3 years. I use grow, train, core... All of them. The customer service has gone way down hill. I haven't gotten a phone call on grow in the past 4 months, turns out they have the wrong phone number- but get this they can't fix it or change my phone number. I've missed out on all my leads for the past 4 months.

This company has definitely gone downhill in the last couple years I've had them. If you want a company with the worst customer service, this definitely rings at the top. Pay for software, and you can't even get anybody on the phone for days to help you answer questions to keep up with your numbers or your work. Definitely don't recommend this company to anyone. Not even my competition.

This system relies heavily on AI and pre-canned responses for support. If you need help with an issue it rarely comes quickly. This is not a system for a busy business owners. There are no phone numbers to call for support. The only time it is easy to get a call is when you are being sold.

I’ve used pushpress for years for my cheerleading gym and while I used to recommend it to every service business owner I talked to, I am super discouraged by their new user interface/rollout. It’s been nothing but issues, issues that previously never existed, the support team acknowledges the issue but never resolves it and just provides time consuming work-arounds. These “glitches” cost businesses time and money, as well as exposes them to liability in regards to a waiver “glitches” we recently experienced. Am looking to switch CRMs after over 5 years and 2 separate businesses.

Can't thank Gavin and the whole push press team enough for helping our business. We were extremely hesitant to switch from Wodify, but I'm so glad that we did. The whole team has been very supportive and responsive and we love the ease of use and many options they offer. Can't say enough great things about them. best gym management software we've ever used.
