I visited PTCL internet exchange office in Bahria Town sector -C phase -8 Rawalpindi for my home phone connection transfer related application and in charge of office was helpful .

Insanely garbage customer service , Took the new connections money, installed the router and said it’ll be up and working in 1 hour but they never activated it , it’s been 5 days , No one has any answers I visited this specific location and I was told they don’t deal with internet connections , Total lies so they don’t have to deal with any issues .

Shiraz is a very helping person. Hes totally recommended. He will resolve your problems in no time.

Call center services are highly professional. All the staff in this office is very professional. You should also try to be professional and polite while visiting such public sector offices. Anyways, my complaint was addressed within 10 minutes.
