Prism is kind of big store when it comes to buying electronic equipment and gadgets in Abbottabad. They have a lot of products on the list and with each product different variety available. Latest electronic machines, Laptop etc they provide at market rate of the major companies and brand even though some products might be overpriced which might be mainly due to the reason of their location. Main thing is that there staff is very cooperative and shows patience while selling the products.

"This is a review for one of the quality stores in Abbottabad, the oldest and undoubtedly the best-quality electronic store in town. We always prefer to buy our home accessories from this shop. The employees there are welcoming and helpful. One of the employees, Ayan Khilji, was particularly helpful and guided me. I was stunned to learn that he was also a student at ABHC for boys. He seemed the most hardworking out of all the employees. I'd like to share one of my favorite stories about this store: my parents bought a microwave oven and water dispenser. It's been almost more than a decade since we bought them, and they were of the best possible quality, recommended by the employee. Although they've become faulty once in a while, Prism store was never reluctant to help us with those devices. Sometimes, they'd even fix them free of cost. They definitely know how to keep a customer happy, satisfied, and loyal. After all these years, they're still working fine. We've used them with the least amount of care, and they still work like new. Lastly, I'd like to thank the whole Prism staff and owners for opening and maintaining such a wonderful, reliable store in Abbottabad. Prism store is a name you can trust on. These guys have good quality of different appliances. You can get imported fridges, too. You can get some high quality treadmills, too. Their prices are a bit higher than others but the quality and standard is guaranteed. Customer service at Prism is fairly good and their on ground staff help to provide you with appropriate and maximum information you asked for.
