KFC - Abbottabad

Service was too good and crunch burger was average also fried chicken was too not much juicy but was ok ok

I’m quite disappointed with the declining food quality at KFC Abbottabad. The chicken has become increasingly inconsistent — the skin is hard and overcooked while the meat inside is dry, rubbery, and tastes like it’s been reheated. The seasoning also lacks the signature KFC flavor. When I add cheese to my order, it's always cold and never properly melted, which completely ruins the experience. The cold drinks are another issue — often served without proper carbonation and barely chilled. Overall, the quality control at this branch really needs improvement. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices for a meal that feels reheated and carelessly prepared.

Extremely dissapointed by thier services, ordered in branch and took almost an hour to recieve it. Every single person was giving different excuse, manager was saying that coming in 5 mins, counter was saying that its dropped just now, server was saying that its in progress, Keeping in mind that it was not crowded, other customer were also complaining, Thier last excuse was since there is no crowd so they are dropping orders only after customer requests.

We had a really nice experience at KFC Abbottabad. The wings were fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned — just the right amount of spice and crunch. The coffee was surprisingly good too, rich in flavor and served hot, which went perfectly with the ice cream that was creamy and delicious. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and the service made it even better. Our waiter was polite, attentive, and very professional, making sure everything arrived on time and that we were satisfied with our order. Overall, it was a great visit — good food, great service, and a pleasant environment. Definitely worth coming back! 🍗☕🍦

We were travelling from Naran to Wah Cantt. We had a short stay and we ordered a family deal for 4 persons. Taste is good and the whole order is fresh. Service was a bit slow there. We had to wait for 30 minutes. Meybe the staff was on a lunch break. Overall experience was good. ❤️
