Avoid. I had a guy come out to look at some plumbing work I wanted done. A young man came out and as he was talking about wear and tear on a system, the guy violently open and closed faucets and shook stuff. I figured he probably knows what these things can take, because I never treat my things so roughly. But when we got to my water heater, I asked if the fittings could be replace as they were very visibly corroded. He said no, a full replacement was in order, and that's fine. I figured as much, but then the guy wanted to talk about the hardline copper he'd put in, shaking the hoses to demonstrate. A fitting snapped and we both got sprayed with warm water. He put the fitting back, but it was still leaking now, so I no longer had the luxury of time or planning. I kicked him to the curb and called Conway. Conway had a new heater installed within 24 hours. Premier eventually came back about 2 weeks later with a quote. They beat Conway's price, but if they had just not sent an erratic tech, and worked with me on the price after BREAKING MY STUFF, they would have sold me a new water heater install. I made multiple attempts to just get my $75 diagnostic fee back, but they ghosted me every time, so now this review comes out. Go with Conway. It's more expensive, but they're worth it. Premier plumbing has been a reliable service for me. The men that arrived were so nice and polite and the service was completed quickly. I highly recommend Premier for any of your plumbing needs.

BE CAREFUL!!! This company and its owner, Laura McCoy, received financing from us and have failed to meet their repayment obligations. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter and ongoing legal efforts, they have avoided communication.
