Premier HVAC Services

We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service, routine and emergency. This year marked the second winter emergency HVAC issue over the last few years. Every person we interacted with from start to finish on the Premier team was kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting us serviced as soon as possible. We lost heat two days before the biggest winter snow storm and our house was unbearably cold. We called after hours and decided to wait until the next morning to get on the schedule. Tanner came out that next day after he was on another job all day. He arrived at 4:30pm and didn’t leave until almost 9:30pm. He explained everything to us and got us warranty coverage and discounts wherever possible. We are so grateful to Tanner for working hard in the freezing temps and the dark to get us heat back in time, and to the entire Premier team for always being a trustworthy and reliable company.

Donovan was very friendly and easy to work with. He did a thorough job of checking everything and communicating what needs to be done and what he was doing. Very pleased with the service.

Tanner and his coworker provided excellent customer service! They called to let us know when they would arrive at our house. They were very polite and informative while they worked. They were sure to wear shoe covers and took time to answer questions. Afterward they reviewed the paperwork and scheduled the next maintenance appointment. It was a pleasure having them in our home and we hope they will be available for our future service needs!
