We had Metro HVAC install a new oil furnace and run new ductwork recently and the whole process was smooth. The crew was on time, respectful, and explained everything clearly. The install looks clean and the system has been running great since. Today we ran into an unexpected plumbing issue with an old copper pipe in the basement. It was stressful, but they came out quickly and handled it right away. They found the problem, explained what happened, and replaced the bad section properly. The price was fair, especially for an emergency repair. It means a lot to have a company that shows up when you need them and takes care of things the right way. We really appreciate their work and would definitely recommend them.

Metro HVAC is hands down the best HVAC company in the area. Steve arrived within ten minutes of our call, immediately diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly with expert advice. The estimate was fair, affordable, and sent within minutes of him leaving. This was the most professional and impressive home repair service we’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

I can’t recommend Steve and his team enough. So knowledgeable, efficient and they saved me so much money by replacing part of my hot water heater, instead of the entire thing - like other HVAC companies suggested. Steven came by for a pre purchase inspection of our house, he showed us and explained everything he was doing to help us better understand what could use some work and why. After that, Jesse and Timothy came to install a water softener, service the boiler, and replace a failing pipe. They were very quick and explained everything they were doing. They left the boiler spotless and they were able to answer any questions I had. Steve, Jesse, and Timothy also installed a new air conditioning unit. Again, they explained and showed me everything. We will definitely continue to use Metro for regular service and maintenance.
