We couldn't be happier with the service we received on our residential garage door! Our Technician, Trevor was extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to us in detail. He explained everything- the quotes, our options, what each item meant to us as far as warranties how it would affect the operation- very thorough. I could tell he wanted to make sure we understood the work he completed and how to use all the new features. We had everything replaced except the door itself. The new motors and technology is night and day compared to our old 20 year old equipment. It's so quiet and runs so smooth. There are features that I'd never dream of having on a garage door but we are already using them. I made an error connecting the app and somehow rebooted the whole system. This deleted all the programming he did while he was here... I called him in an absolute panic and he came back out to me and got me back on track, literally! Again, Trevor is an amazing technician.
