Port Royal Ace

Very poor customer service. I loaded 3 gallons of stain into the cart next to the paint counter and 3 employees walked away, leaving me there wondering what the hell just happened. I left everything and went to Grayco where the service was professional, I got all my questions answered and 3 gallons of stain mixed and was on my way.

First of all, I was immediately greeted and the lady offered to help me. At the time, I was concerned about a hurricane's arrival. I have a basement door which is close to the river. I also needed hurricane lamp oil. Lamp oil-she went right to their selections and I made my choice. Then, the matter of sand bags to keep a possible high tide out of my basement. We discussed sand bags. (I'm old, so that would be difficult for me.) She showed me a product called "Quick Dam". It expands and can be placed inside or outside. It also comes in different sizes as needed. Perfect! Thankfully, the hurricane veered away from us! I will be prepared if another storm threatens our area. Thanks to Ace and a smart lady! I appreciate the help! I am never disappointed in an Ace Hardware store. Thank you!!!

My favorite Hardware store. The staff are helpful WITH A SMILE!!! I don't see much of that type of assistance in today's stores. The prices are affordable. The shelves stay complete with merchandise. Oh and the plants!!! They are healthy and lovely. It's very hard not to go CRAZY purchasing plants galore. For me anyway. Check it out I guarantee you WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.

Staff here was so helpful and their garden selection was really nice!

A friend from Canada was here visiting and purchased several green egg tools. One was a pizza handle for his oven. After traveling on to Daytona, he was set up to cook! He then was putting his pizza turner together and realized there were no screws to connect it together. I went to Ace and explained the situation, the manager advised the staff to replace it with a new one. I agreed to return the other one upon my return, 2 weeks later. I returned it, and was greeted with a friendly staff! They went over and above to assist! Great customer service!!
