I had two iPads. One needed a screen and one needed a battery. I had little hope for a good outcome. I was hoping to put the battery from the one that needed the screen in the one that needed it because I just knew the other one was toast. To my surprise they were able to fix both for a very reasonable price. I’m very happy with the outcome and highly recommend PHYX😉

Came in for a gaming PC issue. I had half the stuff I needed to build and was thinking about trading it in or maybe they could help finish the build. They recommend to just finish the build and I chose a card from one they already had in their PCs. I dropped it off on the morning and they had it ready for me near closing and it's working really nice. I appreciate their direction and honesty I think it was the best decision for a what I needed and the guy running the store was very helpful in seeing what I needed 👏

I went in about a week ago to see if I could get the glass on the back of my phone fixed. They didn’t have the particular model needed for my device in stock but they were so accommodating and ordered the correct one! It only took 2 days to get the part in and I went today after work to get it fixed! The customer service throughout my entire experience was delightful. The gentleman that I spoke to both times was just an angel and the job done was just as incredible! The service only took 1 hour and when i picked up my phone I was highly satisfied! My phone looks like I just took it out of its box, the work done is just wonderful! I am also very happy with the price I was quoted as I thought it would have been double the amount! I will 100% be coming back to this establishment in the future & it will be my go to recommendation!!
