Phone Spot - Samsung & iPhone Screen Repair and Mobile Repair shop

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received. I initially had my cracked screen and frame (samsung galaxy s22) repaired at the store for $220. Several months later, I noticed the screen separating from the frame, and it eventually fell out. The screen remained in one piece, and it was apparent from my observation of glue residue that the screen detached because of weak glue. I called up to the store to see my options, and after informing Matt of the issue, I was told I would need to pay the entire fee to get the screen replaced because the screens are "screwed on." I feel like customer service issues are better resolved in person, so I came to the store. Once in-store, an employee took a look at my phone, observed the glue residue and was told he needed to see if the phone was still working. After it was confirmed my phone was still operational outside of the screen, I was told they would repair the phone for $50. I explained that I don't think I should have to pay for the repair because the screen fell out through no doing of my own. The store employee claimed that they order their parts through Samsung, who only gives them one week if their are any issues, which I am out from. They then asked me what I was willing to pay, and I reiterated that I did not plan on paying to get the phone fixed because whether it is an issue with their service or the quality of the product from the manufacturer, at the end of the day it is not my fault. What if the screen falls out again for the same reason, would I be on the hook for another $50? I do not recommend this place because of lack of accountability for their service and/or product. For $270+, I would recommend taking issues like these to a reputable repair shop. My original review was positive in that they gave fast service, but also the review was encouraged in ordee to receive a discount. I will be disputing the charges and filing a complaint with the BBB. I had a great experience at The Phone Spot in Lanham. Max provided excellent customer service from start to finish—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, the price to fix my phone was very fair and much better than I expected. My phone was fixed quickly and works perfectly now. If you’re looking for honest service and great prices, I highly recommend asking for Max at The Phone Spot!

First time I’ve ever had an issue .My phones SIM card was broken and now screen is completely black after two weeks.My 12 year old paid for it herself so I’m extremely disappointed warranty void bc of a few scratches smh

The Phone Spot in Lanham is hands down one of the best places I’ve been to for phone service. The customer service is amazing—everyone is friendly, patient, and actually takes the time to explain your options instead of rushing you. Their prices are also really great and much more affordable than other places around. I felt like I was treated honestly and respectfully the whole time. If you’re looking for great service and great prices, I highly recommend checking them out!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. People laugh with glee and joy when they find a case for $10, or an $80 screen repair in 15 minutes. I was stoked!!! I saw a few customers walk in and out while we were getting my son‘s iPhone 11 screen replaced. I needed a battery for my Apple iPhone SE 2, and they said they would do it for 50 bucks, also while we waited. A couple of folks literally walked in, and we’re so excited to find something so quickly and at such a reasonable price, and of course I was one of them. While it’s more expensive to replace screens on iPhone 14s, they do have genuine Apple parts, they have high-quality non-apple parts, and they also have a lower quality parts that they may not love, but they have it there for people who need it. I’ve been to a dozen of these places across the country… I actually live in California… But I was thrilled to have spent 25 minutes driving to this place. Great find, and a great service to the community there. They also sell body oils, incense, and the occasional rice cooker. And it is extremely well lit.
