Phone Repair Philly

I like the staff to the point that they're very professional and polite. That's why I gave the two stars. I found this company online and decided to give them a play. Plus they are very convenient they are a block away from my job. I got in a really bad car accident. And my phone was damaged. I went in there on the 23rd. Had to put down half a $430. To get the parts, I need to fix my phone, and I call every day, and the parts still have not arrived. It's been over 16 days. And my phone is still broke and every time I go into the store or I call the number the store associate always says he don't know what the problem is or he has to talk to this person and that person yet an still I'm walking around with a broken phone. I was told upon my first interaction with this company that I could order my parts that Wednesday and they will be in that Friday while it's been 16 days since then, and nobody's trying to figure out where where my parts from my phone is or what the hold up is about. My experience is not a good one with this place. If I don't call and check on the status of my phone parts, nobody contacts me and says anything. They don't answer emails. I even called the main office the number is always busy.. This has been a very bad experience. Upon further review, I may have judged this place prematurely they understood my inconvenience and did all they could to accommodate me in the situation. And to top it all off. They fixed my phone in perfect condition. They took all the inside of my phone apart and put it in another casing.. My phone looks amazing. Brand new... I would highly recommend going here if you want your phone done professionally.. Great job, fellaz

Incredible team- they were knowledgeable and quick to fix my ancient laptop that has absolutely no right to still somehow work with a quick repair but they did it! I was so nervous losing a lot of files and work but they were able to fix it all and only in a couple days.

This was my first time here.. Rod was awesome. And pretty fast at fixing my phone ..the atmosphere was great. And they have games in the waiting area for you to use while you wait .. the repair price was reasonable to me . I feel good about returning if I have another problem with a device.. Rod was great and talked me through what the problem could be . Thanks again Rod.. from a happy customer.

I went in to get a screen on my daughter's phone fixed. The gentleman behind the counter was.... AMAZING. He gave me his full attention and explained everything in detail. He didnt get annoyed with my speed talking and banter about my kids and job. Found out he loves Mint chocolate chip cookies!! Im going to pick up my phone today an I hope he is there. Excellent service.

Incredible service! Highly recommended. After having coffee spilled on my laptop, I ran over to these guys and they immediately stoped what they were doing to open up my laptop and dry it up; working on it for half an hour to solve my issue. They are highly knowledgeable in their field, and can offer shrewd advice.
