The lady who installed my daughter’s screen did it incorrectly. One side was noticeably lifted higher than the other, which caused the corner of the screen to crack from the pressure. The very next day, my daughter returned to show what happened, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they told her she would have to pay again to get it fixed. I was on the phone during the entire interaction and heard them say, “How do we know you didn’t drop the phone?” and “We can’t fix it.” The manager was called, but instead of handling the issue professionally, they spoke in another language and laughed while my daughter stood there upset. The employee even took photos to send to the manager proving the screen was installed incorrectly, yet they still refused to take responsibility. We are extremely dissatisfied with their service and workmanship. Based on our experience, it feels like some of the positive reviews may not be from real customers. Save yourself the frustration—go somewhere else for your repairs!
