I have previously gotten a screen replacement at this store and had zero issues; however, I recently had a cracked iPhone screen and went in for a new screen. They were very fast, the phone looked great, and reasonably priced for the fix. After getting home, I started noticing semi-white spots (finger tip sized) in 3 areas of the “new” screen. These areas with spots had Zero touch sensitivity, so trying to type, click and drag, etc wasn’t possible. The next day I went in and the girl I spoke too at the counter said they wouldn’t be able to put a new screen on; even though I had literally paid for the replacement screen less than 24hrs prior and I also (trying to support smaller businesses) bought a new case for my phone. In short..they are either using extremely cheap Chinese screens, refurbished replacements, or sadly after my experience they may just not care about quality customer service. Which was why I was already a returning customer. I hope product quality is checked as well as their customer service.

I was helped by Alec who was awesome. I told him the competitors fix it price and he not only price matched the service but gave me a $10 military discount as well. Very professional with excellent people skills as well. Owner shook my hand and thanked me as I left. Very impressive. I highly recommend them.

I was working while they took care of everything I needed, and they really restored my faith in mankind and I felt blessed by them! Thank you for taking care of everything. I can not give them enough stars! Go here for whatever you need. A phone, a screen repair, is your phone charging properly? Why do you need insurance when you have these guys!!? My insurance company wouldn't help me, but they went above and beyond and got me a new phone and didn't charge me the full amount. I canceled my insurance. They told my husband that the military takes care of the military. I felt that they treated me like family. They have such high morales and continue to serve with passion and good ethics. That's something I can't say I see in society very much anymore. We loved their service here. We will be back with our broken computers soon too, I'll review them again then. :) I can not say thank you enough. You really did bless us!!! God bless you 🙏
