PC Mechanics

These guys are great! They have been a lifesaver, like recently when my computer froze up with a screen saying Microsoft had locked my computer. Don't call the number on the screen, call PC Mechanics. Thats what I did. They let me know that was a scam. had I called the number on the screen I would have been in big trouble. I then brought my computer in to be cleaned and they removed the virus. I had clicked on something I shouldn't have. It happens to eveyone eventually. You just need your own IT help - PC Mechanics! They also sell computers. We got our last three laptops from them. They are honest and make sure you get what you need. They don't want to just sell you the most expensive stuff. They make sure you don't buy more than you need to have and they stand behind what they do sell. I would give them 8 stars if I could. Love this place. (sorry if it seems too much - but they have saved me several times throught the years!) Honest - reliable business! Oh yes! it was less than the quoted price!

Jim is a great guy, he didn't talk down to me because I don't know much about computers. He explains everything and helped me pick out a great desktop PC. He transferred my data from my old PC the next day, super fast. I highly recommend them.

I have bought 2 laptops from PC mechanics. They have always been so responsive in person and on the phone when i have questions. Very knowledgeable, friendly and resonable.
